It is the sweetest thing to see little girls dressed in their finest clothes and shoes and carrying little hand bags for a fabulously arranged tea party on a gorgeous afternoon. Natasha (Shelanzae’s mom), told me that Shelanzae was very keen on having her friends over for a tea party at home. So Natasha, went all out and arranged a fantastic party!
